My Little Wish...

I had a little wish in my mind,
Thought you will fulfill it as you are kind.

But alas! You had no time you said,
That indeed a little sad me made.

I thank you for teaching me a lesson,
To let me know how important I am as a person.

I will forget about my wish some day,
But I wish that this does not happen to you any day.

I Owe a Lot to You...

You made me swallow my tear

And gave me back my lost cheer.

You made me find my lost book

And gave me back my happy look.

You made me strum my strings

And gave me back my musical wings.

You made me feel like a young girl

And gave me back my swing and swirl.

You made me fall in love again

And gave me back the rainbow and rain.

You made me compose after a long wind

And gave me back my poetic mind.

You made me change for my best

And now you leave me with the rest.
