Poetic Pune

My native place is not Pune city
For me it’s really a pity.
But I like it very much for sure,
And my love for it is true and pure.

It’s a home of education
So clean and free from pollution
Though the former is totally true,
The later is not also totally untrue.

Thankfully, it’s peaceful and blasts-free
Nature smiles and favours every tree
The Puneities should all be very proud,
For they all together make a lively crowd!

Facilities Pune provides plenty,
And problems just four and twenty.
So, shouldn’t we be grateful to our city,
And glorify it by performing our duty?

Limerick

‘Oven’ a born baker,
Works for ‘Stony’ the sculptor
Oven bakes delicious marble cakes
And lots of money makes
For each of his famous cakes is sold
As a precious rock mould!
